More Classes

Warrior

Warriors are World of Warcraft's premiere tanking class. They have access to a wide range of specia abilities, which depend on their pool of rage. Unlike other classes, such as the Rogue, Warriors have an empty pool of Rage until they deal damage with white damage or receive damage, at which point their rage pool slowly fills. This makes fighting classes with aura shields such as Power Word: Shield difficult, since Warriors receive no rage unless they deal white damage to their target.

Warriors can be these races: Dwarves, Gnomes, Humans, Night Elves, Draenei, Orcs, Tauren, Undead, and Trolls

Rogue

Rogues are World of Warcraft's premiere melee damage dealer. They have access to a wide range of special abilities, which depend on their constantly refilling pool of energy. Unlike other classes, such as the Hunter who has the ability to deal physical damage from a distance, Rogues must be in close. This often subjects them to tank-like damage reception due to their dangerous threat level if left alone.

Rogues can be these races:  Human, Night Elves, Dwarves, Gnomes, Orcs, Undead, Troll, and Blood Elves

Hunter

The Hunter class performs pulling, threat redirection, crowd control, and primarily ranged damage. Hunters have pets that add to their DPS and help manage aggro. They can also track, tame and train animals and beasts found in the wild. Hunters consider their weapons and pets to be their only true friends.

Hunters can be these races:  Night Elves, Draenei, Dwarves, Orcs, Tauren, Trolls, and Blood Elves

Mage

Mages are casters that specialize in burst damage and area of effect spells. Their primary role in a group at lower levels is damage dealing and crowd control through the use of Polymorph, temporarily changing humanoids and beasts into harmless critters. At end-game levels, the role of the magi expands into utility, as many encounters in the game are difficult to finish without Counterspell, Remove Lesser Curse, and Spellsteal. The mages' utility spells also include conjuring food and drink, and the ability to teleport to major cities and open portals for party members. In PvP combat, magi deal ranged damage while using escape skills to avoid taking damage during combat. Their primary stats are intellect, stamina, spell damage, spell critical strike rating, spell hit rating, and spell haste(the order of importance varies with the player's role).

Mages can be these races:  Gnomes, Human, Draenei, Undead, Troll, and Blood Elves

Warlock

Warlocks were once arcanists or, in the case of the orcs, shamans — who in pursuit of ever-greater sources of power abandoned their studies of the Nature or Arcane and delved into darker Fel-based magic (Shadow). Warlocks still retain their skills in the manipulation of the chaotic element of Fire, although their focus is on delivering excruciating pain and drawing out the suffering of their victims. No longer do they aim to use the effective application of Arcane energies to efficiently dispose of their targets from a safe distance.

Warlocks can be these races: Human, Gnome, Orc, Undead, and Blood Elves
