Priest
Priests are the masters of healing and preservation, restoring their wounded allies, shielding them in battle, and even resurrecting their fallen comrades from death. While they have a variety of protective and enhancement spells to bolster their allies, Priests can also wreak terrible vengeance on their enemies, using the grand powers of the Holy Light to smite and purge their enemies, or the devastating powers of the Shadow to decimate their minds. They are a diverse and powerful class, highly desirable in any group and capable of fulfilling multiple roles.
Priests are allowed to be these races: Dwarves, Humans, Night Elves, Draenei, Undead, Trolls, and Blood Elves
Paladin
The Paladin is a Holy Warrior hybrid class. They have the ability to play a variety of different roles including DPS (Retribution), Tanking (Protection), and Healing (Holy). They can cast auras and blessings that provide useful buffs for other players while withstanding heavy physical damage with plate armor and strong defensive abilities. They are also considered to be holy knights.
Paladins can be these races: Blood Elves, Draenei, Dwarves, and Humans
Shaman
The Shaman is a healer-warrior-mage hybrid class, and as such, Shamans are considered one of the most versatile classes in the game. They are designed to enhance all parts of a party while not being particularly focused on any one aspect of the game. Depending upon how players choose to customize their character's talent points, they can specialize in offensive spellcasting, melee combat, or healing. Their primary support buffs come in the form of stationary totems, which when placed on the ground by the shaman, provide various benefits to party members, or offensive versus enemies within a totem's 20-yard (30 with talents) radius.
The shaman can be these races: Draenei, Orcs, Trolls, and Tauren
Druid
The Druid is a shapeshifting hybrid class, and is also one of the most versatile classes in the game. It is the only class that can fulfill all four roles in the game: Tank, Healer, and melee or ranged damage dealer. As with every other hybrid, Druids need to specialize to be effective in any role. Due to their need to shapeshift to fulfill roles, they can only perform one role at a time. Druids must switch between the different shapes in order to adapt to situations as they come.
Druids can be these races: Night Elves and Tauren
